Asian style fresh carrot and cabbage salat

you need:


1 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 Carrot

2 tablespoons of lemon

1 teaspoon of korean pepperpaste

1 tablespoon of fish sauce

1 cm ginger

1/2 green apple (grained)

1 tsk Soy sauce

Cashew nuts

1. Chop the cabbage and grain the carrots roughly in a big bowl for serving

2. Chop the ginger and add it to the bowl together with the apple

3. Poor all the liquids into the bowl and mix properly

4. Just before serving, add the cashew nuts so they do not get soggy

5. Serve with potato and chickpea burgers
