3 Oct

4 people

1 lb of prawns with peel

3 garlic cloves

1,5 teaspoon of ground cumin

olive oil

pepper

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 lemon

2 tablespoons of chiliflakes

fresh sage

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 dl of crushed tomatoes

1. Crush the carlic cloves with the knife

2. Heat up chili flakes and cumin in a hot pan for three minutes. Then add the fish sauce and leave it for 20 seconds so it gets hot. This gives it a roasted flavour.

3. Now, add olive oil and see to it that its get hot. When it is hot, add the garlic cloves and sage…

4. Shortly after that, put the shrimps in the pan and see to it that it is very hot!

5. While frying, add the crushed tomatoes , sugar, lemon and some water if necessary

6. When some of the liquid is gone, taste it. If its good – serve it hot! With for example “Indian toast” or food scones and a good salat.
This is a great dish for luxorious brunches!
