Warming fish soup

This is a fish soup that is hot in two ways… Ideal to heat during autumn when its cold. The veggies are also seasonal.

Cabbage

1 Apple

200 g fresh cod

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 can of corn

1 carrot

1 can coconut milk

1,5 teaspoon oyster sauce

2 lime leaves

3 pieces fish broth

4 table spoons of fish sauce ( at least )

1 lime

3 garlic gloves

thai basil

1/2 onion

3 potatoes

1 teaspoon soy sauce

5 cm of fresh ginger

2 tablespoons of red curry paste

Cilantro

1,5 liter of water

Olive oil

1. Chop the garlic and the ginger finely

2. Cut the potatoes and carrots into circles. Slice the cabbage.

3. Cut the apple into squares

4. Heat up oil in the pan

5. Add cumin, sesame seeds and curry paste

6. After three minutes of frying, add the potato, onion, ginger and garlic

7. Let it fry for five minutes

8. Add carrots and corn

9. Add the water, broth, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lime, apple, thai basil lime leaf and soy sauce

10. Add the cocunut milk and let it stand for 10-15 minutes

11. When the potato is almost done, add the cabbage, cilantro and the fish

12. When the fish is done, serve!!
