South East Asian dish; sauteed fresh prince mushroom in oyster sauce

1 big fresh prince chinese mushroom

1/2 red chili

1 garlic clove finely chopped

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 table spoons soy sauce

1/3 cup of water

1/2 spring onion

1 package of beansprouts

sesame oil for frying

1. Heat up sesame oil on the highest

2. Add chili and the mushrooms, fry

3. When the mushroom gets softer, add beansprouts and garlic

4. After two minutes, add oyster sauce, soy sauce and water

5. Let it cook for three more minutes on the highest so the water becomes a sauce

6. Garnish with the spring onion

7. Serve with rice
