To all you poor students out there: an EPIC super-easy-cheap-fantastic-tuna-fish-pasta

Tuna fish. Canned tuna fish. Does not sound so exciting, but you can make so much from it.

This tuna fish is really simple, cheap and tastes really. The tuna gets a completely new flavour due to the spices, the olive oil, mostly the lime and the crispy onion.

4 servings

2 cans of tunafish in water

1 yellow onion

2 tomatoes

1 juicy lime

olive oil

2 garlic cloves

chili flakes


225 g spaghetti

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


if you wanna go deluxe;

fresh basil

feta cheese



1. chop onion and garlic

2. chop the tomatoes and put them in a colander in order for them to drain

3. Poor the water from the tuna and put it in a bowl

4. Add the onion, garlic, chili, lime, vinegar and olive oil to the tuna and mix properly

5. Add the drained tomatoes into a bowl in which you are going to serve the dish

6. Add the tuna-mix into the bowl. Then add the pasta in the bowl

7. Mix properly and add salt and pepper

8. If going deluxe, add the deluxe ingredients
