Lightly cured cumin-marinated sesame-fried salmon

200 g salmon with skin

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoon salt

sesame seeds for breading

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Oliveoil for frying

1. Put the sugar, cumin and the salt on top of the salmon and let it stand for twenty minutes/ half an hour

2. Then, heat up oil in a pan, pretty high heat

3. Get a plate where you poor sesame seeds so it covers it

4. Roll the salmon in the sesame seeds so it is covered

5. Fry, with skinside down, for five minutes

6. Then turn it and fry on the other side for three minutes

7. It is done when it still is a little raw in the very middle.

8. Serve with for example Indian masala sauce
