Whole grilled red snapper Asian-Style

This dish is ideal to serve if you are throwing a dinner party. It is cheap and it is a dish many people can serve.

Serve this together with the shrimp curry, rice and the bok choi.

5 servings

you need 1 whole red snapper ( aprox 4 lbs)

1 finely chopped lemongrass

4 finely chopped garlic cloves

1 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon hoi sin sauce

5 cm ginger finely chopped

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1 lime

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 spicy red chili, finely chopped

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon tamari

1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

1. Mix everything in a bowl properly so it gets to be a sauce

2. Cut the red snapper on the outside as shown in the picture

3.Stuff it with the sauce inside and where you cut

4. Put it in the oven on 300 degress F

5. Leave it for 20 minutes, but check it once in a while – it is important that it does NOT get overcooked!
